My stay at the hotel was a mix of charm and convenience. The cozy rooms with a romantic touch overlooking the Neckar River were perfect for a getaway, but felt a bit tight. The service was warm and helpful, even assisting with room changes, though not always available. The location, while offering stunning views towards the castle and river, was a bit tricky for car access. The dining experience in the beautifully restored basement was good but could have had more variety. Overall, a lovely stay with some minor inconveniences.
